The Joker has now entered into the story of this event.
We started by embracing the Long Halloween graphic novel by Jeph Loeb & Tim Sale for our starting point, the Joker's Jack-o-Lantern.
This image shows the Joker in Gotham City with his jack-o-lantern just before he leaves and makes his journey to York, PA.

This pumpkin was one of multiple pumpkins used for this event and each punpkin required carving, intricate detail, additional sculpting and more.
These pumpkins begin making sightings around locations in Maryland, PA and the ficticious Gotham City.
We decided to make the presence of the Joker very strong, but refrain from letting him make a personal appearance at the store for the event.
We are now cresting the turning point in the event, please take a moment to watch the following video. The clip gives a better insight as to what has happened so far and what is yet to come.

When the Joker takes over the Halloween Comicfest, the approach to the design work drastically changes.
I am also providing some before & after photos in this folder so you can see some of the Joker's activites.
At Planet X Comics, there was a firm interest in making the events fun and something that would gain a lot of excitement.
This business flourished while it was open over it's 5 year span, but due to unforseen circumstances has since closed.
During that time, however, I provided a significant amount of graphic design, advertising and promotional marketing.
